Requests and agreements
A request for a call does not book a time, start work or create a payment obligation. Watts replies by email to discuss fit and next steps.
We agree the scope and acceptance criteria before arranging payment. Changes to the scope or fee need agreement.
Payment and Client status
You become a Client after you sign the engagement and pay the first invoice. Staff mark a Lead “Won (paid)” only after Stripe shows the payment.
The written agreement sets payment dates and any cancellation or refund terms. This website does not collect card details or take a payment.
Content and results
The engagement defines access to accounts, content permissions and approval responsibilities. Promotion and distribution are agreed separately.
We do not guarantee audience growth, sales or a specific business result. Owned Work and Press describe Watts’s experience; they do not show Client results.
