Who can read my request?
The Staff Console requires an approved Staff account, a password and an authenticator code before it shows Lead records. Database access rules enforce Staff access.
What should I send through the form?
Send a short brief and your contact details. Do not send passwords, access tokens or sensitive Client records. Agree the information and access needed for an engagement with Watts first.
Which services process my information?
Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores Lead records and supports Staff sign-in. Resend sends Staff notifications. The Privacy page explains First Touch, retention and these providers.
Does the site track me with cookies?
Public analytics use no cookies. First Touch stays in sessionStorage for the browser tab’s session. The Staff Console uses strictly necessary sign-in cookies.
Can an AI system publish or make commitments on its own?
Factory records Approval for an exact content version. An edit needs a new Approval. The Closer prototype cannot send messages, book calls, make agreements or charge cards. An AI Operations Sprint agrees human approval points in its written scope.
Do you offer security certifications or standard contract documents?
We do not claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. We do not present an unapproved DPA, MSA or SOW as an available standard document. Discuss your security and contract requirements with Watts before work begins.
