When you request a call

We collect your name, work email, brand, website or Instagram handle, and selected Service. You can also share a budget, start window, brief and referral source.

We use these details to reply, assess fit and manage your request. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

How you found us

We record First Touch: your landing page, referrer and campaign tags. We keep these values in your browser’s sessionStorage and send them with your request.

This storage lasts for the browser tab’s session. It helps us understand how you found Grownup. We also use a hashed network address to limit repeated form submissions.

Hosts this website and runs its server functions.

Vercel Web Analytics

Measures visits without cookies. It does not receive your form fields from us.

Supabase

Stores Lead details and supports secure Staff access.

Resend

Sends request notifications and overdue next action emails to Watts.

These providers process data for the functions described here. Provider systems can process data outside your country.

How long we keep details

We delete a Lead’s record after 24 months without activity, unless the Lead has become a Client. Client records support the engagement and its business records.

When a Lead is deleted, its notes and stage history are also removed. The deletion log keeps the time, reason and responsible Staff member, without the Lead’s personal data.

Staff sign-in cookies

The Staff Console uses strictly necessary Supabase session cookies named sb-<project-ref>-auth-token. Large values can use numbered cookie parts. These cookies keep Staff signed in and support two-factor access. They do not track visitors for analytics or advertising.

Email watts@grownup.systems to ask about, correct or delete your details. You can use email instead of the form.

We do not install Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or advertising pixels. The public site uses no cookies for analytics.
